Vincent Content Publisher is a private tool used to review an authorized TikTok account and upload selected videos as drafts.
Vincent Content Publisher 是一个私有工具，用于查看已授权 TikTok 账号，并将用户选择的视频上传为草稿。
2. Authorized use / 授权使用
The tool may be used only with an account owned by or expressly authorized to the user. TikTok's terms and applicable law must be followed.
本工具只能连接用户本人拥有或明确授权管理的账号，并须遵守 TikTok 条款及适用法律。
3. Publishing control / 发布控制
Content is uploaded as a draft. The account owner is responsible for reviewing all settings and making the final publishing decision in TikTok.

4. Intellectual property / 知识产权
Users retain ownership of their content and must have the rights required to upload it.

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when needed. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
