This policy applies to vincentphosun.com and Vincent's private content tools, including Vincent Content Publisher, Vincent Data Insights, and Vincent Content Insights, when they connect to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube with the account holder's authorization.

2. Information processed / 处理的信息
Depending on the connected platform and permissions granted, the tools may process account profile information, the account's published content and performance statistics, comments on its Instagram content, incoming messages sent to its Instagram professional account, YouTube channel identity, published-video metadata, non-financial analytics and visible comments, and videos the user selects for TikTok draft upload. Comment and message data may include sender identifiers, text, and timestamps. The availability and history of platform data depend on the platform API.
依照接入的平台及实际授权范围，本工具可能处理账号资料、该账号已发布的内容及表现数据、其 Instagram 内容下的评论、发送到其 Instagram 专业账号的私信、YouTube 频道身份、已发布作品资料、非财务分析数据与可见评论，以及用户主动选择上传为 TikTok 草稿的视频。评论和私信数据可能包含发送者标识、正文和时间；可取得的数据及历史范围以平台接口实际提供为准。
3. How information is used / 信息用途
The information is used to identify the authorized account, review content performance and audience feedback internally, and perform user-initiated TikTok draft uploads. The tools do not request platform passwords, automatically publish content, reply to comments, send messages, or upload, edit, or delete YouTube videos.
这些信息仅用于识别已授权账号、内部复盘内容表现与受众反馈，以及执行用户主动发起的 TikTok 草稿上传。本工具不索取平台密码，不自动公开发布内容、回复评论、发送私信，也不上传、编辑或删除 YouTube 视频。
4. Sharing / 分享
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the connected platform or technical service providers where necessary to deliver the authorized functions, or where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion / 保留与删除
Comments on the account's published content may be retained for long-term content analysis. Incoming Instagram message text and sender and message identifiers are scheduled for deletion 89 days after first retrieval. Deletion is also checked before each new collection. If the local system cannot run at the scheduled time, expired records are deleted on its next successful run; physical deletion may therefore occur after 90 days while the system is unavailable. Only aggregate results without message or sender identifiers may be retained longer. Access may be revoked in the connected platform's settings. Access or deletion requests may be sent to the contact address already displayed on this site.
